Edit your schedule in your own words

Paid plans can now edit one event or a whole schedule through chat. Ask to move a meeting, change a location, or adjust several events together.
Keep your event details in view while you chat, and see which details changed before adding events to your calendar.
Paid members no longer see the ‘Try it free’ prompt in the navigation.

Count down to your next day off

New holiday countdowns help you plan ahead for US and UK holidays, including the next UK bank holiday.
A refreshed look brings more consistent menus, forms, and event previews across the site.
Subscription management is easier to find from your account.

A smoother path from checkout to calendar

Sign in before buying a plan so your purchase is connected to the right account.
Clearer payment status messages help you recover if checkout is interrupted or your plan is still being activated.
A new step-by-step guide explains how to import a calendar file into Google Calendar, with a sample file to try.

Week of 7 September 2026

Bring your whole schedule along

Add a whole batch of events with guided calendar import options, or download them together in one calendar file.
Find previous events in your dashboard, reopen them, and edit their details before adding them to your calendar again.
Create repeating reminders with the new free recurring reminder tool.
A temporary hiccup while reading your schedule no longer ends the attempt before an automatic retry can finish.

More ways to turn plans into events

The new text-to-calendar page turns pasted plans into events, and a new iPhone guide helps you open downloaded calendar files.
A simpler dashboard keeps your account and scheduling tools close at hand. Signing in takes you straight there.
Event previews keep the focus on your event details, without the promotional footer getting in the way.
The calendar file tools remain free to use without spending your schedule-reading allowance.
